The Lowdown: Bring your appetite to this all-you-can-eat vegan buffet with five to six different vegan options. In addition to pizza, Denver Deep Dish LoHi offers sandwiches, salads and appetizers.

Macaron & Cider Tasting

The Lowdown: Little Peaks Bakeshop and Stem Ciders are pairing gluten-free macarons and ciders. Enjoy four french macarons, with four ciders. Orange Marmalade with Malice and Toffee Chunk with Spiced Black Currant are a couple of pairings. Reservations are not necessary.

Beer Bottle Release

The Lowdown: As their fifth installment of the CTA Carriage House Series, Call to Arms Brewing introduces the limited release of Shirtless Putin Nuzzling with Dolphins. This specialty brew is a “Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Baltic Porter with Coffee.” Blended with seven different malts, Four Roses Bourbon Barrels, and finished with Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters, this tapping is not one to miss. Only 150 375mL bottles will be available, and each customer is limited to two bottles, so be sure to arrive early. Also participate in a $1 Shirtless Putin banner raffle. The winner will be announced at 6 p.m.

Wicked Weed Tapping

When: 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Where: Falling Rock Taphouse, 1919 Blake St

The Lowdown: The Great American Beer Festival has come to an end, but there is still beer to drink. Join Falling Rock Taphouse to celebrate a special tapping of 2016 GABF Silver Medal Winner, Lunatic. The four other brews that will also be available are Pernicious, Kiwi Morte, Uncle Rick’s Pilsner and Pacificmost Gose. Whatever beer your tastebuds are craving, there’s plenty to go around.

La Loma Four-Day Celebration

The Lowdown: Join La Loma in celebrating their final days in Jefferson Park as they prepare to head over to a new downtown location. Enjoy menu specials like Mexican Pizza and the Margarita Azul, continuing through October 23. Beginning at 4 p.m. on Monday, October 24, watch the Broncos game at La Loma’s last tailgate party. Sip on $8 Don Julio margaritas and $5 draft beers, and enjoy $3 hand-wrapped burritos. Take a picture with the Grandma Mendoza portrait from 4:30-7:30 p.m. as a customer thank-you gift. Wild N’ Free Gala & Art Auction

The Lowdown: Enjoy local food from Blackbelly Market and drinks from Sanitas Brewing Co. as well as live and silent art auctions at this event that will benefit the Buffalo Field Campaign. Ticket purchases include two free drinks.
