To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Hopdoddy Burger Bar wants to do something different. In keeping with a non-traditional approach, Hopdoddy will also be serving up their 7-layer Burger, a new twist on the Tex-Mex dip with Angus beef, refried black beans, hand-mashed guacamole, cheddar, sour cream, tortilla chips and cilantro-spiked pico de gallo.
