April is finally here and for many people that means the start of concert season as well. The month is packed full of amazing shows and to get it all started, Machine Gun Kelly is set to kick it off with a huge show at Summit Music Hall on April 9, 2016. Known for his 2012 hit single, “Wild Boy,” MGK brings his rambunctious stage presence and spitfire lyrics back to the mile-high city.

The show is completely sold out and people have even resorted to paying nearly double the price of the original ticket on websites like StubHub and Craigslist. With this kind of turn out for ticket sales, and Denver’s extremely lively music scene, it’s a safe bet to say that this show will represent the “Wild Boy” to the fullest.  MGK has had a big 2015 with the release of his sophomore album, General Admission, which debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and was received very well by fans.

While MGK is currently not on tour, the love for Colorado reigns true in the fact the MGK made sure to add a Colorado show regardless of a tour or not. MGK makes note in a few of his songs that Cleveland will always be in his heart, but Denver is like a second home to him. If you don’t have tickets yet, good luck finding them as for their going for nearly $80 a piece now. However, for those of you that do, get ready for an epic night of raging with MGK and his band. Black Pegasus and DJ Sh3vy will be the opening acts and the doors open at 8:00 PM. More information about the show can be found at theSummitmusichall.com.
