The Low Down: Since 1978 the Denver Film Society has been dedicated to creating “thought-provoking experiences” through film for audiences of all kind. This April, join in on the smorgasbord of taste and entertainment made possible by the union of the Denver Film Society with the Colorado Restaurant Association. Together they will be taking their audience on an incredible sensory journey with the Birth of Saké, a documentary about the saké-making process that has been carried on by a 144-year-old family-owned brewery, fighting to preserve the 2000 year old tradition that has been polluted by modern technology. This presentation, hosted by Marc Hughes “Brewer/Owner of Denver’s own Gaijin 24866,” will be followed up with sake/sake cocktail tastings, provided by Southern Wine & Spirits along with some yummy eats provided by Komotodo.

Perfect for date night or just a night out, purchase your tickets for a promisingly amazing evening out in the wonderful, Denver, Colorado.
