The Low Down: Larimer Square is about to get a new swanky, subterranean spot in the form of Crimson Room. The elevated lounge comes from Brian Siffermann of Corridor 44, a champagne bar also located on Larimer. With luxe decor and a “private club” vibe, it aims to cater to the crème de la crème of Denver.  Stop by for sophisticated cocktails and barrel aged classics as well as selections from a “cold kitchen” serving chilled plates such as caviar, snow crab, shrimp cocktails and charcuterie boards. – words by Brittany Werges
