He Is Legend: Return To The Marquis Theater

He Is Legend — August 13th — The Marquis Theater

Hard rockers, He Is Legend, hailing all the way from Wilmington, North Carolina, return to the Marquis Theater on August 13th in support of their upcoming full-length record Heavy Fruit (Tragic Hero Records). This will be their first full-length record in five years, since the release of their most lauded effort, It Hates You.

Filled to the brim with overdriving aggression and irresistible rhythms, He Is Legend is sure to bring some much needed heavy rock back into your average Wednesday night.

And not to be forgotten, the opening acts pack just as much punch, as Mountain & The Hound and Wilson set the fervent, high octane tone for the night, while Alabama’s own Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster keep southern rock’s pulse pounding like a back porch screen door caught in a storm.

Make sure you get there early to see these longtime hard rockers in full force once more, and make sure to pick up a copy of Heavy Fruit when it drops on August 19th. You can scope out their first single release in five years, below.
