When: 6:30-9:00 PM

Where: Denver Botanic Gardens

“Gather, A Spontaneous Supper”, is a quarterly pop up hush-hush dinner where participants should plan to be surprised as well as delighted.  Each event features a different local chef who takes the opportunity to go off the beaten path and prepare unique selections for attendees’ unseen or experienced by others.  The Denver Botanic Gardens in partnership with Catering by Design sponsors each dinner. The next event will be held on Monday, August 19th from 6:30 to 9:00pm.  It features Chef Olav Peterson from Bittersweets Restaurant.

Although hush-hush event menu selections are, well…hush-hush until plated, the August 19th gathering should prove just as entertaining and delectable as past pop up dinners.  Chef Peterson and Bittersweets are renowned for their farm in the city concept and celebrated for artisanal fare. They are highly skilled craftspeople who specialize and extensively trained to create their products.

Pop up culinary events are designed in and around true foodies.  As they are exclusive, obtaining tickets early is highly recommended; only 75 are available per gathering. If you don’t get tickets this time around, make sure to keep your eye out for the next one as each event is unique and worth the wait. Every event is also BYOB so attendees should feel free to bring their favorite beverage.  Dining is experienced in a family style setting so attendees can get to know one another and should prepare themselves for an amazing meal and experience which will not soon be forgotten.
