Chef Troy Guard’s creative $85 menu includes Diver Scallop Crudo; Smoked Scottish Steelhead Sous Vide; Seared Duck Breast; Nose to Tail Rabbit and Sweet Corn Crème Brulee – all complemented with VML Wines.  Sounds delicious!
