Maybe you’ve already been to Central Bistro & Bar which opened this past summer in LoHi, or maybe you have yet to check it out but you definitely should. The bistro serves up classy modern takes on classic American cuisine blending comfort and elegance. Till now the restaurant has been open Wednesday through Sunday each week, but it’s been getting so popular that they’re about to expand their hours to offer happy hour all night long on Tuesdays. Starting Nov. 6, Central will be open from 4:30 to 10:30 on Tuesday evenings, offering draft beers for $3, $5 for certain glasses of wine and cocktails, and 40% off on bottles of wine. They’ve got great food and a stellar view of the Denver skyline so if you’re looking for a nice spot to spend a lovely Tuesday evening, Central might be just the ticket.
