Trend & True: Cherry Creek Shopping Center Adds Premier Retail Stores

As much as I love to shop boutiques, nothing beats a day at the mall.  What better way to recharge than wandering in and out, shop by shop all day long.  It’s retail therapy at is best.  The Cherry Creek Shopping Center is the premier mall in Colorado, and my personal favorite.  This fall several new stores are scheduled to open.

“This fall is packed with openings of new retailers, many that can’t be found anywhere else,” says Cherry Creek General Manager Nick LeMasters.   “We’re delighted to bring all these great names in fashion to our shoppers.”

Earlier this year, Forever 21 expanded its space and now offers 19,000 sq. ft. of fast-fashion.  In addition, Athleta has opened in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, a first for this region.  Athleta is a member of the Gap Inc. family of stores.  It is the go to for athletic clothing designed and tested by women athletes for women.  Just this past month, H&M opened its third Colorado location on the Lower Level of the CCSC.

Opening now through the end of the year in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center are; True Religion Brand Jeans, Buckle, Madewell, and OMEGA.

True Religion Brand Jeans was founded in 2002.  According to Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lubell, “Our emphasis is on fit, quality, and style and the inspiration to make men and women look and feel good in their jeans.”  True Religion Jeans have a cult following and are a favorite among celebrities thanks to the “Joey” one of the brands most popular styles.

Buckle has built their name living by their mission: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our guests.”  To achieve this, Buckle has brand name and private label (BKE) casual apparel-denim, tops, sportswear, outerwear, accessories, and footwear.  In addition to their medium to better-priced casual apparel, Buckle provides their guests with personalized attention.  The “Get Fitted” service allows guests to call ahead sizing to a personal shopper who will put together looks and will spend an hour outfitting looks.  Buckle offers free alterations, layaway and a frequent shopper program.

Madewell, the vintage-meets-modern influence of the line draws from Madewell’s historic roots. In addition to denim, a full range of downtown-cool clothing and accessories is also on offer. Each Madewell piece has an easygoing feel and is designed to pair back to denim to create an individual, inspired look.  Madewell tries to set each store apart from the others by gearing the props, styling, art and even furniture to the history of the building or town that we are in.  This is Madewell’s second location in Colorado.

The OMEGA boutique collection showcases inspired design and the world’s best technology.  The prestigious Swiss brand has been creating timepieces since the 19thcentury.  OMEGA is driven by its pioneering spirit; six lunar landings; the first divers’ watch and the world’s only certified marine chronometer wristwatch.  OMEGA is also a world leader in sports timekeeping.  This boutique is the first in the Denver market.

If you are curious where I’ll be trying on jeans, sportswear, and amazing watches look no further than the Cherry Creek Shopping Center.  See you all there.
