You may or may not have known it, but it’s Elvis Presley Week (August 10-18)! In commemoration of this special event, Wild Eggs’ The King Would Eat These pancakes will be available all week for the lowered price of $4 (half-priced), and these flapjacks will have you howlin’ like a hound dog! This particular deal is apt in light of the occasion as the King of Rock n’ Roll was known for his cravings for peanut butter, banana and bacon sandwiches. Now, down to the particulars: the pancakes themselves are topped with sliced bananas, drenched in peanut butter syrup, sprinkled with chocolate chips and daubed with whipped cream goodness. Owner Mike Rothberg is also introducing five new items to the Wild Eggs menu to celebrate their first anniversary. The breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant will now offer Country Fried Steak and Eggs, Strawberry Tall Pancakes, Breakfast Nachos, Wild Eggs Fajita Scramble, and Yellow Submarine, a brunchy sub sandwich.
