Denver, get ready for Patxi’s Pizza! Having served Chicago and Italian style pizzas at seven different locations in the Bay Area with great success, Patxi’s Pizza is headed inland and will be opening two restaurants in Denver this fall. Patxi’s (as in more “pah-cheese” puh-lease) offers a wide variety of toppings and ingredients, going local whenever possible, and also serves beer, wine, salads and sides.
