3/06/2015 Cochon 555 2016 @Ritz-Carlton – Denver, CO

The national “nose to tail” cooking competition once again returned to Denver this weekend. Taking place at the Ritz-Carlton, the top culinary talent in the Mile High competed for the crown of porc prince or princess. This year’s winner was Troy Guard and his crew from TAG restaurant. They will go on to the final round, the Grand Cochon, held in Aspen, Colorado on June 20.
