09/19/2012 – Jambodia @ Cervantes – Denver

The Other Side of Cervantes hosted a benefit jam for Cambodia cleverly titled: Jambodia. With a variety of genres of music for everyone to enjoy, it made for a great experience that was for a great cause. Opening with Rhyme Progression and Matty Mac's catchy hip-hop, it got the crowds jam-juices flowing. Next on the line-up was Shoot to Please, a 3 person band with a real on stage presence that definitely changed up the pace a bit. The crowd was eager for the finale and Drop Switch most definitely did not disappoint. Drop Switch is an incredible group of 7 young, up and coming artists who came out and topped the already amazing night off with music that combined a little of everything catering to the diverse crowd. Between each set, the crowd had the opportunity to create their very own prayer flag that will be a part of an ambitious goal to gather 10,000 flags that will then be strung together and taken to Cambodia to spread the wishes of peace, compassion, strength and wisdom.
