You could cut the anticipation with a knife. Crowds filled the Pepsi Center that had been waiting for hours to get a prime spot on the floor. You could feel the energy. Once Cage the Elephant came on, the arena was buzzing with excitement. They told their devoted if they had to build a boat to get to this show with all the flooding, that’s what they would have done. The audience chanted along to Cage’s intoxicating melodies. Then Muse came on and took the Pepsi Center by storm. Known for being theatrical, high energy, and extravagant, they did not disappoint. Described as space rock, progressive, alternative, symphonic rock, and electronica – Muse spans many musical genres to make just the right amount of special sauce that everyone craves.
