Wash Park injected itself with a shot of volleyball-adrenaline, as nets took over the grassy plains and competitors and spectators came to enjoy some action on the fields. Wash only permits 2 tournaments per year and this is one of them! The Beach Bash doubles doubles volleyball tournament takes place each year early in June. Mens, women's and mixed matches were all represented. Sponsored by The Island and Volleyball of the Rockies, Beach Bash Doubles (BB2's) offers 13 different divisions of play and VOTR will be celebrating their 25 year anniversary.
