The Lowdown: Do you love all things food? Denver restaurant week is back and will rock your foodie world. More than 230 restaurants will participate this year. Each offering a newly overhauled setting featuring a four-course meal that will range from $25 to $45. Menus are now available to take a peek at, so see if your favorite restaurant is in the lineup.

Brews and Dodgeball
When: March 1, 7 – 10 p.m.
Where: Rackhouse Pub, 2875 Blake St., Denver

The Lowdown: The Rackhouse Pub pumps it up with Brews and Dodgeball. You can test your dodgeball skills and drink beer all night long. If dodgeball doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can play other games such as giant cornhole and giant Jenga. Make your reservations today to kick that ball.

The Lowdown: Bigsby’s Folly throws a Spring Pre-Release Party. In the excitement of the Spring making its debut, Bigsby’s prepares with a seasonal wine tasting. The event features a 2017 Colorado Riesling, a 2014 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and more tantalizing wines to taste.
Thursday Night Bazaar

The Lowdown: Sip on some great wine, beer, ciders and more while you shop at the Thursday Night Bazaar. Stanley Marketplace hosts the bazaar featuring more than 40 local makers and local samplings of tasty booze. Thursday Night Bazaars will continue throughout the year on each Thursday of the month.
Friday, March 2
Colfax Ave. Exhibition and District-Wide Art Walk

The Lowdown: Head over to Lakewood for the Colfax Avenue Exhibition and District-Wide Art Walk. All of the district venues are open for the event and completely free to visit. Jellyfish are also back with a fabric installation. You can grab light snacks and refreshments to keep your walk going.

Colorado Dragon Film Festival

The Lowdown: Alamo Drafthouse Denver hosts the Colorado Dragon Film Festival. Films from all over Asia can be viewed all throughout the weekend. This year Korea stands as the featured country for the festival.

The Lowdown: Enjoy a Denver tradition by kicking another month off with First Friday Artwalks. Many art districts in Denver (especially the Art District on Sante Fe) will host free gallery events, some of which are posted below. You can grab a drink and small bites at many of the galleries. Artists are usually present at the event. So grab your coat and get ready for an art-filled night.
Banff Mountain Film Festival

The Lowdown: The Banff Mountain Film Festival brings mountainous adventure to you in the comfort of a movie theater. Midnight Madness

The Lowdown: Illegal Pete’s celebrates 303 Day with food specials and more. Get breakfast at any Illegal Pete’s location for only $3.03. Later, grab free chips and queso with any entree for lunch, dinner or late night snacking when you wear any Colorado gear. You can also imbibe in drink specials and listen to some awesome live music.

The Annual Mile High Beer Festival

The Lowdown: Drink some great brews at The Annual Mile High Beer Festival. The festival features over 25 breweries, with 70 craft beers for you to sample. You can sample the beer for three full hours. Tickets are sure to go fast, so snag yours quick to get the chance at tasting all of the beers.
