If you could have one last conversation with someone dear to you who has passed on, would you?  This may be your chance when psychic-medium Mollie Morning Star hosts a demonstration of mediumship entitled Denver: An Evening of Messages from Spirit, on April 27 in Golden at the Denver Marriott West.

Shows like Crossing Over and Long Island Medium starring popular psychic mediums like John Edward and Theresa Caputo have made the issue of psychic mediumship more mainstream.  However, these popular mediums came into their psychic gifts at a young age, unlike Morning Star who found herself suddenly psychic in her 30s.

The commencement of Morning Star’s first entry into the world of communication with the deceased was exactly five short years ago. Previously, the medium worked as a mural painter, and on a Friday evening in March 2008 she was saying her routine prayers before turning in for the evening when she recalls clearly hearing the words,

“Love is the best tool for healing.”

Immediately, she could feel a sensation travel through her entire body.  Oddly, the voice and feeling didn’t scare her. She woke up the next morning sensing the intensified energy around her.  Painfully loud and overwhelming, the energy coming in prompted her friends to suggest she see a psychic.  It was that psychic reading where she first learned she was a medium.

Desperate to somehow turn off all this extrasensory ability and noise, she researched and enrolled at Arthur Findlay College in England. The college is equivalent to a Hogwarts for adults in real life, not a movie.

Through her studies, back-to-back courses to learn how to shut off or control this gift and tests of her abilities with instructors, the medium instead found that she truly had a special gift. This caused a change of heart for Morning Star who decided then that she wanted to use this gift to help people heal.

“It became very clear to me, that what I was able to bring through without any trying or effort, was so much clearer and so much more accurate than what other people there were doing that I realized I had something really special and embraced what I could do with it.”

The medium has been reading the living and reuniting them with loved ones crossed-over ever since.  Perhaps the oddest part of all in meeting Morning Star is that she is so “normal”. She’s the mother to two young-adult children whom she has raised as a single mom.  Single, not because she hasn’t ventured into dating, but perhaps because of the odd response she seems to get everytime the familiar get-to-know-you question of “What do you do for a living?” comes up.  Nonetheless, covered in vibrant and colorful feminine style that exudes a classy, vintage vibe, she can’t help but come across cheery and adorable in all of her “girl next door” glory.

What’s her best advice if you are interested in having a reading? Go from word of mouth of referrals from friends or people you know and check out sites like www.thebestpsychicdirectory.com, which is a directory of mediums and psychics as well as reviews unaffiliated with any of the psychics themselves.  This she says, can assist you in finding an ethical psychic/medium.

“Mediumship needs to be used with great discretion… I limit people to twice a year and don’t ever encourage someone to develop a dependency on mediumship.  It’s to help you through your grief, not to keep you in a certain place.”

Morning Star’s April 27 event will be held at the Denver Marriot West at 7p.m. and tickets may be purchased by clicking HERE or  through her website at www.MollieMorningStar.com.

  4. I have been with Molly here is Tampa area twice. The first time I met her she didnt know anything about me but she certainly did by the time the event was over. My mom brought my dad, brother, brother in law thru to us. She told us things that no one would ever know including the sister I had with me. She is 100% real and has me believer in contacting the other side. I even gave christmas gifts to the second show to my three best friends who really needed to have thier family come thru. Two of three did have the experience. Also I want your to know that people had thier earns there sitting on seat, people had all kinds of stuff with them thinking it would help. It doesnt. You need to just come and enjoy the event and hope your family will push thru and come thru to you. If not your happy for the ones who do get thier family message. She is reasonable in price too. She is not trying to make money off your experiences. She is not fake and again she could not have known anything ahead of time because it was personal stories not public info. I recommend everyone to at least give it a try once… maybe you will go again… your never know…

PS Hi Molly …. cant wait till you come to Tampa again ….

  5. I spent an evening in spirit with Mollie in LaCrosse WI, I was lucky to have a departed loved one visit thru her. She was exact on every detail and a joy to be around. Highly recommend her.

  6. She's the real deal! Had a phone reading a few years ago & participated in a group reading last year. The info she brought through was spot on & things no one else would know. She even brought through an event that I had completely forgotten about and only remembered and made sense of at the end of the evening. evening. She is genuine& sincere with a good sense of humor.

  7. A Morning Star indeed. Evidence of life after death soothes grief. Molly was my first experience with a psychic. Trenched in grief from the death of my teenage son, Molly said he was going to send me a beautiful reminder of his love on Mother’s Day. I found, quite by accident, first grade drawings of two hearts with Mom and Ty inside. Feel the love.

  8. I had a wonderful time at the reading with Molly!!! I went with a couple of close friends after they told me such wonderful experiences they had, so I had to go and see what is all about, and it was everything my friends said and more!!! I didn’t expect anything but had such a wonderful reading from Molly from some very close family and friends that have passed over and one incredible message from them about how much I had meant to them throughout the years, It made me so so very happy, she was right on and the real deal!!! If you have a chance to see her you just have to go Im going again in May I truely cannot wait!!!
