These shrooms won’t be your average button or shitake at this special all-fungi feast at Kelly Liken’s restaurant during her Summer Harvest Sunday Supper. In honor of her special guest, food writer and president of the New York Mycological Society Eugenia Bone, Liken will be creating a three-course wild-mushroom menu. Hear Bone talk about her book Mycophilia: Revelations from the Weird World of Mushrooms and host a book signing before you enjoy a dinner including mushrooms grown throughout the Rockies. Definitely more than a fungus, celebrate mushrooms in all their flavors, cultures and scientific mystery.
