EOTO is back in Denver and just in the knick of time. Just when you didn’t think you could handle one more replay of Mariah’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” or Bruce’s version of “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,” our little drummer boys Jason Haan and Michael Travis show up, chock full of lasers, 3D visuals and dirty bass.

Yeah, that DJ at your company’s holiday party may drop the latest dope track from, um, whoever… but these EOTO boys cook from scratch. Their 100% improvised live electronic sets are a mix of dubstep, drum and bass, glitch, and house. EOTO uses an array of audio mechanics and wizardry to loop live bass, guitar, keyboard synths, vocals, and drumming to create explosive and original homegrown dance music. No prerecorded beats, tracks, or samples. These guys are the real deal.

EOTO plays this Saturday at the Ogden and tickets are on sale for $25 plus fees. The doors open at 7pm and opening bands BTS and Signal Path will be warming up the crowd. So blow off the holiday festivities for a night and give yourself the gift of an evening with EOTO.
