Lorde is Bringing “Melodrama” to Denver with Pepsi Center Show

Lorde’s second album, Melodrama, was released today. But that’s not all — along with the sophomore album came a tour which includes a Denver stop at the Pepsi Center on March 5, 2018. The tour has listed 30 arena stops throughout the US.

This young New Zealand pop star has been making waves as something different and fresh for the mainstream pop scene for years now. With the release of her new album, it’s clear she has come a long way from her indie hit “Royals.” But whatever it is that she has created — it’s working. The star has collaborated with Disclosure, Son Lux and even had a song on the Hunger Games Soundtrack which was re-fixed by Kanye West. Recently she performed on Saturday Night Live and come on, we’ve all let a little loose to “Green Light.” Did we mention she also just admitted to running a fake onion ring critic Instagram account?

Though the show isn’t until 2018, tickets go on sale Friday, June 23 on Altitude Tickets.

To recap briefly, a Casting Director somehow found me on Myspazz and asked me to submit for consideration. I submitted an application and several YouTube clips in December and awaited their verdict.
