The Menu: Includes roasted apple and cauliflower soup with spiced walnuts and vanilla oil, roast turkey breast with confit turkey leg bread pudding, seared brussels sprouts with smoked onion gravy, herbed dumplings with foraged mushrooms and caramelized sweet potato gravy and sweet cornbread fritter. Cost: $45 for adults, $20 for children. Four-course meal.

The Menu: Start the meal with hors d’oeuvres for the table including deviled eggs, pimento dip and crackers, and spiced nuts. For appetizers, guests will be able to choose one dish from the following options — mixed greens salad, flat bread with a red wine vinaigrette, chicories with Marcona almonds, queso de mano, port braised cherries, sherry vinaigrette, and duck confit or a winter squash soup with candied pepitas and creme fraiche. The main course is served family style and includes a choice free range turkey with sous vide breast, confit leg, ruby port cranberry sauce, and brand-giblet gravy or cherry-ancho roasted Berkshire pork loin with apple currant chutney and cider jus. For sides guest will be able to choose three of the following — traditional bread stuffing, southern cornbread and sausage stuffing, whipped potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts, Stranahan’s whiskey maple glazed sweet potatoes, green chile and guajillo potato gratin or cider-braised greens and delicata squash. The Menu: The meal begins with butternut squash bisque and crunchy rye croutons, or a crisp holiday salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, goat cheese and candied pecans. Sliced roasted turkey with all the trimmings including green beans, sweet potatoes and an earthy sage apple sausage stuffing provide an ample main course. The Menu: The menu is a nod to the belief that much of the first Thanksgiving meal consisted of seafood. It includes wild smoked salmon flatbread, New England clam chowder, grilled Mahi Mahi with caramelized sweet potatoes, garlic seared broccolini and orange cranberry relish and free form maine lobster ravioli.
