Where: 8505 E. Arapahoe Rd., Greenwood Village

Low Down: Torchy’s is opening their third Colorado location in Greenwood Village. The opening party is filled with free tacos, free drinks, chips and dips and giveaways. It is open to everyone and the full menu is available. Celebrate this Texas transplant’s third location.

Tuesday, August 9: $3 Pint Night

Low Down: Declaration Brewing is hosting its $3 pint night on Tuesday. Come join them for a good times and cheap craft beer. On tap this week is their new P.D.Ogg Porter, Veiled Vixen strawberry wheat, and many more.

Where: Copper Kettle Brewing Company, 1338 S. Valentia St., Ste 100

When: 2-9 p.m.

Low Down: This August, the Copper Kettle Brewing Company is bringing you beers made with different types of chile. This week’s edition is Hatch chiles added to their spiced Sobremesa, a tequila barrel-aged  favorite. The beer comes in with 7.6% ABV and 24 IBUs. For eats, Pavy’s Food Truck will be serving up dinner.

Low Down: Rowdy Mermaid is tapping their wild sour dry-hopped kombucha beer. They are the first kombucha-maker in Boulder to create an alcoholic variation of the tea-based fermented beverage that boosts probiotics. Try their new brew this Saturday at the Boulder taproom.
