This morning, the James Beard Foundation announced 2016’s semifinalists for its prestigious culinary awards. Seven Colorado restaurants, chefs, and industry professionals landed on the list. Finalists will be announced on March 15, with winners being announced at a ceremony in Chicago on May 2. A list of the semifinalists representing Colorado is below.
