Denver Fashion Weekend is just a week away, and while you already know that fashion is the main event, we are excited to announce the second restaurant that will join Dae Gee Korean BBQ in helping to keep your energy up and taste buds satisfied. Embracing the traditions of American Indian culture, Tocabe is dedicated to serving the highest quality of food while building a community around its American Indian cuisine. Serving only the freshest ingredients, Tocabe uses traditional recipes along with modern American Indian recipies to create its menu. During the fashion show, this fast-casual style restaurant will be serving “Three Sisters One Bite:” a Blue and red corn chips topped with white beans, butternut squash, queso fresco and cilantro; Elk sausage bites with blueberry BBQ sauce, and a frybread cracker topped with shredded bison and green chilies.
