Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Areas are already leading the charge. Both ski resorts started turning their chair lifts this past week and soon the others will follow suit.

It’s time to gear up for another infamous El Niño season ahead. El Niño could, as it has done in the past, bring Colorado a record snow year, full of champagne powder and ski film dreams of untracked fluffiness. Where can you start making this dream a reality? Head to the 24th Annual Ski and Snowboard Expo this weekend.

The 24th Annual Ski and Snowboard Expo will open their doors to the public this Friday, November 6th at noon at the Colorado Convention Center. The event will continue throughout the weekend as the top outdoor and action sports vendors will unpack boxes upon boxes of top of the line gear to be sold all weekend long at majorly discounted prices, ranging from 40-70% off.

This is the last chance to get in on pre-season deals on boots, boards, skis, apparel and more accessories then you could ever want or need for the upcoming winter season.

Ski and Snowboard Expo 2Meet with representatives from your favorite snowboard or ski brands to get insider information and buyer tip and tricks on your next piece of gear or apparel. You can also purchase season passes and lift tickets for your next Colorado vacation.

The 24th Annual Ski and Snowboard Expo strives to ensure the whole family will be entertained at their event. Adults can visit the Rocky Mountain Beer Garden while the kids can try their hand at the first ever high ropes course that will soar above the Expo testing their balance and skills and giving them a unique birds-eye view of all the action.
