Joshua Roman - Sally Centigrade Gallery

Joshua Roman – Sally Centigrade Gallery

Tonight, Friday, September 18th we begin our journey on Larimer Square at the Sally Centigrade Art Gallery as they welcome “Carbon: Group Art Show” featuring the work of over 45 acclaimed artists in the contemporary and pop surreal art scene; including local artists: Marie Vlasic, Naomi Haverland, Mike Graves, CT Nelson. National and international artists include Kurtis Rykovich, Morley, Jason Limon and so many more. “The show is named Carbon in reference to the molecular formula of diamonds and was inspired by the idea of the uniqueness of a diamond despite being compromised of only a single element. Pieces of wood were cut into 5″x7″ diamond shapes and shipped to artists all over the globe to be painted, adorned or even carved before being returned for the exhibit.” Sally Centigrade is located in the Downstairs Walkway, Suite 800 of 1423 Larimer Street, between 15th & 14th Avenues. Show opens at 5:00pm – 10:00pm.
