Denver psych-rock band, Wild High just released their newest music video for the single, “Dip.” The Denver-centric video is wildly trippy and dripping with evil guitar riffs and jarring vocals. The echoing lyrics swirl through the empty vortex of open space, creating something both large and close simultaneously. And 303 Magazine has the exclusive drop, so catch it here first.

The band shot the video around various points in downtown Denver, giving love to our Mile High points of interest. The guys traipse through the city on pedi-cab, making for some nostalgic, happy-go-lucky video footage. The video is all in black and white with spurts of color, giving the city we know and love an old, but modern look.

Smiles, dancing and music transport you through their night in a blurry haze of pre-blackout transitions, that point right before they presumably passed out still in stale, beer soaked and cigarette-scented clothing from the night before. Oh the glory of mid-twenties debauchery and the sweet, sweet smell of boozey air freshener.

The video is a glimpse into a typical (or not-so-typical, depending on your weekend plans) night out, a universal trip through the shots, the sounds and the feelings that accompany your voyage from Friday evening through Saturday morning as the sun rises full above the Mile High skyline we all know and love. Check the video out below and let us know what you think!
