The Low Down: Salt Bistro will spark things up with a truly romantic Valentine’s menu. Enjoy a three-course meal tailored for a perfect dinner for two, which includes steak tar tar, New England clam chowder, butter poached gulf shrimp, curried lamb osso bucco, sugar and spice beignets, flourless onyx chocolate cake, and so much more to make this a truly amatory destination. True to the restaurants repertoire, the meal and cocktails consists of all local ingredients in season from local farms.

The Low Down: Cozy Linger, located in the Highlands, Denver’s “it” place, is perfect for a very intimate dinner. You may be getting one of the best views of Downtown Denver, but you’re really traveling around the globe with a very diverse four-course meal that boasts cuisines from a variety of countries. Imagine oysters, Moroccan delicate squash salad, Valencian paella arancini, braised callicrate beef short ribs “bibimbab”, roasted maple leaf duck breast, white chocolate boba truffles, and more. As if that doesn’t already sound unbeatably amazing, take it to the next level for a ($30/person) wine pairing.  For all of our vegan and gluten-free foodies out there, have no fear, the menu can be modified for accommodation by request.
