After the big St. Patrick’s Day parade in downtown Denver on Saturday, skip the lines in lodo and head to The Curtis for the first-annual Shamrocks St. Paddy’s Party!
Denver’s only all-inclusive St. Patrick’s Day celebration, ShamRocks will have live entertainment by heading singer/songwriter Rob Drabkin, opener Dirty Femmes, and DJ Rockstar Aaron – who will spin Irish rock and today’s hottest hits.
Head to the giant, 4200 square foot ballroom where you won’t have to wait in a line to get beer, plus it’s already paid for with ticket entry. For those who don’t drink beer – which we know there won’t be many of you on St. Patrick’s Day, there’s a cash bar.
The Curtis is in the corner of 14th and Curtis Street and not only has a huge ballroom, but a 2500 square foot patio where you can get a gorgeous view of downtown Denver while not having to be in the huge crowd down there. The patio also has heaters a giant fireplace, so you can sit comfortable and warm while drinking your beer out of a 14oz. beer mug.
“ShamRocks is something for you to do other than the afternoon of waiting in line,” said Ty Shell, Marketing and Graphic Design Manager. “Come in for a few hours and enjoy the great entertainment, the patio that overlooks downtown Denver, and then get back out to lodo and have a good time.”
