Located right in the heart of historic Littleton, MODE Salon is being noticed everywhere from the runway to the real world. Although Shareena Reardon, owner and master stylist of MODE Salon, has been participating in Denver Fashion Weekend since it’s conception, she has been featured with her own segment for a year now.

With music as her inspiration, Reardon gave us a little preview on what to expect and we’re excited.

“This time my song is called ‘Kill for Love’ by the Chromatics,” Reardon said. “That led me into thinking about ‘The Hunger Games’, which then led me to crazy, over-the-top wedding hairstyles. It’s taking something that’s wearable and then making it insane.”

Grunge has been an element in Reardon’s themes in the past, but this DFW we’ll see something a little different from her.

“My plan is to execute some really crazy up style.”

Reardon has worked alongside award-winning hairstylist Charlie Price for years but is excited about having her own segment again.

“This is what I want to be doing – participating in fashion shows, hair shows and photo shoots,” Reardon said. “So to have the opportunity to be doing it myself and have my own segment then look around at the people and other salons I’m surrounded by… I’m like ‘this is awesome.’ This is exactly where I want to be. It’s a bit surreal sometimes.”

With the support of her team of skilled hairstylists at MODE Salon, Reardon delivers expert hairstyling at shows and daily in the salon.

“We are definitely fashion-forward but we do it in a way where you’re more a part of our family,” Reardon said. “Our environment is super relaxed. It’s not stuffy or intimidating. We’re a boutique salon.”

MODE Salon is located at 2580 W. Main St. Littleton, Co. 80120 and can be reached at 303.797.0393
