At 303 Magazine, we like being able to give back to our community.

That’s why we fell in love with Quarterly Karma – a non-profit event-planning organization that helps charities locally and all over the nation by throwing incredible events in their honor to spread awareness and help raise money.

In our upcoming print issue, we sat down with Quarterly Karma’s creator, Jenna Luvin. She told us all about how she came up with Quarterly Karma and how we can help. We’re teaming up with Luvin to help raise money and awareness for a charity at DFW on November 9 + 10, but we want YOU to choose to charity.

Learn more about the charities below and VOTE on which charity Quarterly Karma should represent at Denver Fashion Weekend. And don’t forget to stop by the Quarterly Karma booth on November 9 + 10 at DFW to learn more about the winning charity and to donate!

Have a favorite? Now it’s time to VOTE. You’ll need a Facebook profile in order to ensure that each member only votes one time. That way the winning charity will be crowned fair and square. Good luck to the charity of your choosing!

Warrior Dog Foundation

warrior-dog-foundation-3The Warrior Dog Foundation was established by Mike Ritland who fought as a Navy SEAL in Operation Iraqi Freedom and other deployments.  He created WDF with the sole purpose of giving back to the Navy SEAL and special operations community with an emphasis on honoring the working K-9 military dogs.

WDF helps transition dogs from an operational environment into our state-of-the-art kennel facility.  They strive to educate the public on the importance of K-9s in the combat environment, and showcase the level of sacrifice these dogs give in support of our troops.  They care for each individual SOF K-9 with dignity and grace, including both mental and physical rehabilitation for the rest of their lives.
