Local brewery Oskar Blues and Cook Street School of Culinary Arts have teamed up to create a five-course dinner menu that will be paired with five different Oskar Blues brews. In addition to eating a delectable dinner, you will also learn about each dish and get tips on pairing beer with food from a representative from Oskar Blues.

The menu for the night is full of delicious choices that are expertly paired with each OB beer. Plates include Chicharonnes Bar Mix or a House-made Corn Dog Brats with Mama’s Little Yella Pickles. The entrée will be a Smoked and Braised Crispy Pork Belly with Seasonal Vegetables and dessert completes the meal with an Old Chub Cake. Everything is bound to be absolutely delicious and is not to be missed. I will be there, will you?
