This quick-witted songstress wears her heart on her sleeve while the band brings a gritty rock-n-roll vibe. And Mayer Hawthorne? Ah, Mayer Hawthorne’s sound is so sweetly soul-infused, it’s hard not to fall for the uber-catchy hooks and his other-era looks.
