If your party hasn’t stopped but you need some brunch, head to The Corner Office for their Disco Brunch where you are free to dance to the Bee Gees and throw on a boa while you sip your mimosa. From the sequin-decked out servers to the album covers on every table, The Corner Office brings disco energy to every part of your brunch experience.

Boogie Oogie Woogie Bottomless Mimosas and the Dy-no-mite Bloody Mary Bar stocked with shrimp, bacon, pickles, green beans, seasonings and much more are a great way to get into the dancing spirit (if you aren’t already). There are several other drink options, though, if you’re looking to get a little wilder. Try the Corpse Reviver #2 with gin, Cointreau, lemon, absinthe and house-made lillet to kick you into gear fast, or the Breakfast + Tiffany with bacon bourbon, maple syrup, orange, angostura and soda for a unique treat.

Once you’re ready to get some food into you, take a spin around the record-shaped menu as you choose from a variety of options that would please any brunch diner. You can start with an appetizer to share, like the Disco Biscuits or the Poutine. For the main course, there are fresh takes on breakfast classics like the Booker Burrito, The Corner Office’s version of the Colorado favorite breakfast burrito featuring meaty, flavorful green chili, chorizo, eggs, red potatoes, guacamole, queso fresco, and a crispy chicharrón on top Or try the Velvet Revolver, red velvet pancakes with cream cheese frosting that are sure to please anyone craving a sweet melody.

There are also more lunch-like options like The Starsky PBLT, a thin fried chicken fillet, pork belly, lettuce and tomato on waffles and served with spicy aioli and maple syrup for dipping or the Square’d Burger which is served in between two Texas toast grilled cheese sandwiches. From benedicts to shrimp and grits to fish tacos and classic eggs and potatoes, The Corner Office’s brunch menu offers a little bit of everything.

While Disco Brunch may not be for the truly hungover at heart, it’s the place to go if you’re in the mood for a bit of boogie with your brunch. Disco Brunch is available on Sundays from 7-3pm.
