Art is a glorious journey through an artist’s soul; they are left naked, vulnerable to the eye of the beholder to gaze upon their work at an art exhibit. Sharon Weinberg is inviting you, the audience, to take this journey, with her by your side this Saturday, May 18th.

“My current show is called ‘Imaginary Gardens.’ My paintings are a reflection of how I view the world(s) that is/are possible despite all the bad news about our current environment,” states Weinberg.

Sharon is exhibiting at Frame by Frame, at the Lowry Town Center, 200 Quebec Street, Building 600 B-125, Denver.

 

The Artist Open House is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. this Saturday, May 18th, which gives you plenty of time to get those Saturday real garden chores completed then be rewarded by gazing upon Weinberg’s pastel work. The artwork will be for sale and on display through June 30th.

 

Should you have missed the Artist Open House Saturday, May 18th, Frame by Frame is hosting a Closing Reception Saturday, June 8th, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

 

Frame by Frame normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturdays 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. and Sundays 12 p.m.-4p.m.

 

Weinberg finds her inspiration “in nature, clouds, plants, rocks and the way the light falls on them,” smiles Weinberg and continues, “Making art is a process and just the act of creating something is a joyful experience for me.”

Her keys to success have been “making art that touches the emotional depths in others as well as making art that makes a person happy just looking at the piece,” smiles Weinberg,  “Making art that pulls people forward to new places, adventures or new ideas.”
