If you were at the 303 Awards Ceremony last month, you no doubt indulged in the amazing spread of cured meats, salads and tapas catered by Cafe Brazil. But don’t worry if you missed out—next week 303 and Cafe Brazil are teaming up again, this time to celebrate the restaurant’s 20th year anniversary in business.
Look forward to complimentary tapas such as grilled spanish manchego with fresh salsa verde; #1 Hawaiian yellow fin tuna, blackened and seared rare with a spicy shoyu vinaigrette; and sweet potato and shrimp croquettes with jam on serrano, smoked cheddar and Haystack Mountain goat cheese over cayenne béchamel. And among the homemade infused drinks that will be served at the party is Cafe Brazil’s La Baihana, a special anniversary cocktail featuring strawberry, orange and passion infused Caipirinha with pomegranate seeds over crushed ice, and garnished with mint and orange.
