The 2013 Cherry Creek Arts Festival took over the streets of Cherry Creek, Denver from July 5th – 7th. Over 250 exhibitors were involved in this years display, including many award-winning artists, emerging artists, and local heroes in the art world. A huge presence in this year’s live art displays was Tim Decker – a well-traveled speed painter and crowd-pleaser.
